THE DIVERSIFICATION IN PLANT-BREEDING ACTIVITIES IN AGRICULTURE

In spite of the decrease in direct financing of seed-growing branch of agriculture there are some ways of strict state regulation, such as investments into professional education, into the system of seeds certification, into protection of selective achievements, and into the fundamental scientific researches. One kind of state regulation is a preferential crediting way. Royalty and profit from another activities, such as seeds retailing, improving crop production services, ecological testing of another farms varieties and so on, may appear as an essential way of selection and
diversification, selective and seed-growing activity, state regulation, variety, royalty, intellectual property.
